Went to Spanish caravan to have a coffee and buy some wine, I was expecting friendly service as the Spanish do, however I felt instantly judged by staff, I asked for a latte, they said their machine wasn’t working, so I went elsewhere for coffee and came back to buy some wine, i apologised for leaving so abruptly after finding out it was broken, as I hadn’t had my coffee but I still felt eyed by staff, I did buy my wine however it came in a Tesco bag, which was undesirable but understandable as there were no bags left for it. Overall felt uncomfortable and did not feel the friendly welcoming vibe that a place that has the name “Spanish caravan” should have, no Spanish etiquette. “un borde” mi hermanos. Spanish Caravan is an absolute gem of a place! The most friendly, attentive and welcoming bartender I've met in recent years in the city centre (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, we visited on Sunday afternoon). Relaxed atmosphere, spacious outdoor area, a quirky friendly bar, perfect for a drink stop when in town. Would happily return, highly recommended. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
