I recently hired out the entire venue at Spice Rack for my 30th birthday and I can honestly say the experience exceeded all expectations. This was not a small event to organise. We had around 50 guests, a DJ, saxophonist, dhol player, bazaar-style entertainment, canapés, drinks and a three-course meal. There were so many moving parts but the team handled everything brilliantly from start to finish. A special thank you has to go to Hassan, the manager, who was exceptional throughout the planning process and on the night itself. From the moment I enquired about hiring the venue, he was accommodating, responsive and genuinely invested in making the event a success. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life. I had some quite difficult and unusual requests throughout the planning process, and Hassan dealt with every single one professionally and positively. Rather than seeing them as problems, he always tried to find solutions and make things work. That level of flexibility and customer service is rare to find. The communication leading up to the event was excellent. Hassan was incredibly patient, helpful and proactive during the planning stages, which made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. On the night, everything ran smoothly. The food was fantastic, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was perfect. So many of my guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food and how well organised the evening was. Hosting a private event of this size requires a venue and team you can trust, and Spice Rack delivered on every level. It genuinely felt as though the team cared about the event as much as I did. Hassan and the staff worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to ensure everything went exactly to plan. I am so grateful to Hassan and the entire team for helping make my 30th such a memorable occasion. I would not hesitate to recommend Spice Rack for both dining and private events and I look forward to returning in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The best restaurant in Luton! We came all the way from Vienna, Austria! The staff were excellent and very accommodating. We were really impressed with the service. Overall the food was delicious and would definitely recommend. Hasan & Habiba were very helpful especially! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Outstanding restaurant. A diamond amongst the rough. Top notch food, service and dining in experience. Very friendly staff and if you like a really good chilli it's homemade by Husan Noor, who I would encourage to bottle and sell it. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
