I don’t usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. This place is a hidden gem! The drinks were so creative, beautifully crafted and delicious. It’s obvious that alot of thought, skill and care goes into designing every drink. Honestly, they were better than any alcohol-based cocktail I’ve ever tasted. If you’ve ever wondered what art would taste like, this is it. Imagine your favourite Monet or Rembrandt transformed into a drink. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I LOVE Spilt! I've been a few times, although my last visit was for one of Jo's Mocktail Classes - which my hubby lovingly organized as a celebration for my 2 Year Soberversary. Jo has an incredible energy, and such an eagerness to share her love and passion of the crafting of mocktails. Taking an adventurous approach, she mixes flavour combos one wouldn't necessarily think works --- but not only work, but compliment each other and developing new flavour profiles. Whether it's utilizing marmite in a syrup, or using a divisive herb such as cilantro where even I (who is on the side of "yuck" for cilantro) truly enjoyed the flavour that came with it...she is not afraid to be adventurous. Showing you the latest batch of grasshopper cocktail, or her shrub-making jars, Jo envelopes you into the process. Each "shot" or mocktail that she serves is incredible. You never want to leave! Delicious drinks made with real care and attention. A fantastic welcoming and intimate atmosphere that's great for a date. Jo and the other bartenders have a way of making you feel like the most important person in the world. Highly recommend stopping by and sampling their newest drink.
