My mum went to square coffee this morning on her morning walk with the dog, she noticed they had a bowl of water outside for dogs but it was empty, she asked if the lady working would mind filling it up to which she replied “you can fill it up if you want to” and proceeded to show her where the toilet was. Neither of the two staff were busy and was waiting around to take my mums order anyway. Overall very disappointed with the service

Is the coffee good? Absolutely, much better than Starbucks or Costa. How about the food? Delicious bagels, toasties and baked goods. However, it's the staff that really make this such a great coffee shop. They're always incredibly polite and friendly, and they put a lot of passion into everything they do. Keep up the awesome work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
