Absolutely outstanding! Hings kitchen is hands down one of the best takeaways around. The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. Every dish I've had has tasted amazing, with generous portions. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always provide fantastic customer service - they really make you feel valued. The takeaway is consistently clean, efficient, and great value for money. Whether you're ordering for yourself or the whole family, the options are there and are great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and ordered takeaway,two large king prawn fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. I was looking forward to trying the food, especially after seeing the many 4-star reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. While eating my fried rice, I accidentally put a mouthful of food in my mouth before realising there was a human hair in it. I actually found the hair inside my mouth, which was extremely unpleasant and completely put me off the rest of the meal. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent. The staff were polite when I phoned to place my order, and the collection process was quick and smooth. However, finding a hair in the food is simply not an acceptable standard. It’s a real shame because everything else about the experience was good, but this experience has left me very disappointed, especially on my first visit. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We sincerely apologise for the unpleasant experience you had. Our store is open plan kitchen all the chefs must wearing a hat and apron to work . We will immediately discuss with chef also further retraining to deliver delicious food for our customers. Thanks

We called and ordered chicken. When we got the food it did not look like it and thought it was pork. Rang them and she said it's actually Beef! They knew they sent the wrong order and did not even care. Unfortunately some people ate it by accident and for also religious purposes do not eat beef. Really poor service. Avoid at all costs.
