What has happened? Service was poor, policies ridiculous can't be given hot water to go with my coffee would have to re queue if it was too strong services was slow staff did not seem to care spent £12.35 I unpleasant atmosphere. Can't even get through to Starbucks customer services Services Price per person: £1–10

Super friendly staff that manage to make this a local place with a personable atmosphere rather than just another coffeehouse/ franchise. Standard Starbucks coffee served.
