Ordered too good to go bags and my friend did too. When I arrived to collect them I was asked 4 times to show evidence of the codes. I showed her and then got "I'll just have to take your word for it" When I got back to my friends I realised I was given 2 savoury bags instead. So I called the store and told them, to which I was told it's not their problem and to take it up with too good to go. I don't understand why it isn't their problem when they handed me two wrong bags. AFTER asking 4 times for my order confirmation codes. I then asked if I could speak to the manager and they said no sorry. Unbelievable customer service!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am a regular Starbucks customer and always order the same drink! Several times I have asked for a large and paid for a large but received a medium! Was still charged for a large! Some of your team members are a bit short tempered and rude! Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
