Really love this place. Its one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to. The staff are always welcoming and super kind. Its clean, has a calm atmosphere, and is honestly one of my favorite places to study or get work done. The seating is comfortable, the Wi-Fi works well, and the drinks are consistently good. Great customer service every time I visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered Lavender cream matcha through DoorDash and I called this store directly to request extra lavender foam and they made sure I got my order exactly how I like it and on top of that they sent extra lavender foam in case my order was not on time. I loved that!! So sweet. Thank you guys Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the first time that I experienced such bad customer service. I went through the drive-thru and Ordered a “venti” Brown sugar oat shaken espresso. She gave me a medium and when I told her I ordered a large she said she charged me for a medium so I told her I’ll pay the extra and she said no need so I thought wow this is such a good service and it was so nice from her, but then she gives me my drink just 10 seconds later which looks like she literally threw it into another cup and added some milk into it. My favourite drink did not taste As it should. I’m so disappointed with such a bad Service and more disappointed that I saw more reviews like that here but nothing was done. Definitely never passing by there again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
