Place is a mess dirty tables, empty cups on tables that haven’t been cleaned, not many places to sit as tables dirty, staff stood behind counter talking and drinking, not sure what they were doing as the drive thru was shut! When we ordered we weren’t asked if we were sitting in or taking away but were given take away cups! Not sure why maybe to save on the washing up if we’ve come in then I would expect a china cup not a paper cup for the prices you charge the whole experience was a complete let down and not what you would expect so back to Costa we go! Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a butter croissant (WARMED) and an oat flat white with vanilla. The croissant was rock hard and the flat white was not made with oat and vanilla. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are regular visitors to Starbucks, when I say we this is inclusive of our small, well behaved dog, we entered the premises, waiting in line and a young girl approached us and asked us to leave as dogs are not allowed in!! We literally must have been in every Starbucks north to south and this is the first time ever. Note to the manager, if you don’t want dogs inside the coffee shop put a sign sign outside NO DOGS ALLOWED otherwise people will keep coming in with dogs. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
