The staff working June 20th are so friendly! I came with a large order and everything was done well and quickly. They were all so kind and friendly. :) Food: 5 Service: 5

The manager of this location is insufferable. He made my drink incorrectly & when I returned it, he proceeded to lecture me on why that was the correct way to make the drink. So every other Starbucks in Nova Scotia makes it wrong, eh? I went to the New Minas location & they fixed his mistake. The rest of the staff are lovely & saints for putting up with him as far as I’m concerned. This is the closest location to me but I drive farther just to not have to interact with him or get the wrong $7 drink & a lecture. My drink order is often incorrect at this location, and/or lattes topped with so much foam that my drink is only half full. It’s become so common I’ve given up on this location and now go to New Minas for drinks. Edit to say I went back to this location on May 31 and received a latte HALF EMPTY once again!!! This is absolutely ridiculous that they aren’t aware the drink is half empty! Or do they do this intentionally?! 6 bucks for 3 sips, it’s bs Also regarding the photo, this is what I was served May 31, no sips were taken. Half empty, literally!
