I recently visited Starbucks and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the customer service. As soon as I entered the store, none of the employees acknowledged me even though one employee was right near the entrance and another was behind the counter. The store was completely empty, so it wasn’t because they were busy. A simple greeting, smile, or even basic acknowledgment would have made a big difference, but there was nothing not even a “goodbye” when I left. The food was good, which is the only positive part of my visit, but the service definitely needs improvement. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
