Called in as was passing. When I walked in a man came from the back and rudely asked did we ring the order through i said no and he stormed off. I then asked the girl on the till did I need to phone in she shook her head. I will never be back - I also couldn't look at the menu properly as I was put under pressure. Food was just ok. I will never ever order from here again. Plenty of other takeaways whose staff are pleasant and are glad to have your custom. In retrospect I should have walked out and gone elsewhere. Shocking service!! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I came here for a tasty meal on my way home from college and was so looking forward to a pork fillet and chips and my gravy separate, i was heartbroken to hear the fact that they are only available during the weekends. For someone who doesn’t eat very often this is shocking as my mouth was watering for it all day, this shop is a disgrace and i wont be back ever again. Also the opening times are dreadful 5- 8:30pm do they not know people can be hungry after that time!!!

First time using Starlight, we weren't disappointed. Special chow mein & Beef curry. The quality of the meat cooked was the best we have ever had from any restaurant, flavours were second to none & very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. Friendly staff & meal was ready for collection on time. You'll be silly not to give here a try. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
