I want to be clear that this review is directed at management, not the staff. The bartenders, servers have always been professional and do the best they can with what they’re given. The biggest issue is the lack of attention from management to basic facility maintenance and inventory. The bathrooms are frequently in poor condition, with stalls missing doors, little to no toilet paper or paper towels available, and soap often completely absent. These are fundamental necessities that should be consistently maintained in any establishment. The bar is also regularly understocked. There is often a very limited selection of beer, pop, and hard liquor available, and even basic garnishes such as lemons and limes are unavailable. This creates a poor experience for customers and puts staff in the difficult position of having to explain shortages that are beyond their control. The employees work hard, but management needs to take responsibility for properly maintaining the facility and ensuring adequate inventory. Until these issues are addressed, the overall customer experience will continue to suffer. Service: 5
