Ok. So mixed feelings here. I used to come here to enjoy a beverage while I wait for a haircut (a block away). Whelp. Ya. It's a Thai restaurant now. Weird right? Great service and great ambience though. But now what I was expecting. So no bar service and no tasting room. No Flights. Miss that maybe bring at least that back? I asked for a flight and was told sorry we only have what's on the drink menu that I had to scan a QR code for. But really this is not the Thai Restaurants fault and they are great. Attentive and professional. I just want an old fashioned or a oh I don't know, a distillery experience. Hey Starr. Leave the Thai guys alone but open a little tiny bar over on your distillery side just for me!!!! Lol. Thanks. And peace.

Hi Adrian ~ I agree on all counts. I haven’t figured out next steps for Starr’s front-of-house experience other than to acknowledge its non existent at the moment.
