Sunday 20th — I placed an order costing £25 and was left waiting 2 and a half hours for delivery. I spent around 30 minutes trying to call, only to be stuck on an engaged line. When I finally got through, I was told they couldn’t give me any indication of how long my order would take and that I’d be better off collecting it myself. When the order finally arrived, it was freezing cold and, to make things worse, it wasn’t even what I had ordered. At that point I just gave up — the food ended up going straight in the bin. It’s really disappointing, especially after seeing so many great reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. One of the best doner kebabs in the Forth Valley area! The meat was properly cooked and was loaded up; a refreshing change considering all the Indian based kebabs around it tasted more authentic. Will return again! Thanks Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
