Great meal with the family during a trip to Slough. Teo was very professional and looked after us. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Kid-friendliness: Play area in the restaurant and a reasonably priced children's menu.

Left disappointment with the service I had received and food following my recent visit to Steakout Slough. The overall experience was far below what I expected. The staff were unprofessional and disengaged more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. I had to repeat my order twice, yet the girl still took down my order incorrectly and once informed brought the missing items 10 minutes after yet there was no apology for the mistake. When the food arrived, it was poorly cooked. I asked for it to be remade or removed from the bill entirely. Despite that, the same food was returned to me about 10 minutes later, with no visible changes. This was unacceptable. Adding to the poor experience, no plates were given with the meal. The table was sticky, food was left on the seats, and the general cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Staff were inattentive until it was time to pay at which point they were suddenly very quick to appear. Receipts weren’t provided unless specifically requested. It’s clear that standards at this Slough branch have seriously declined, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously by management to prevent other customers from having a similarly disappointing experience. We visited STEAKOUT in Slough for dinner on Saturday 19/2. Over the phone with HARJEET we reserved a table. HARJEET over the phone and while we were at the restaurent (the waitress) was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. She served us very quickly and efficiently. Very friendly. Came up to our table and checked every now and then if we needed anything. Very impressed with her service. We enjoyed the food as always!
