I recently placed an order and was told it would be ready in approximately 30 minutes. I arrived after 40 minutes, only to be informed it would still be another 7–8 minutes. While delays can happen, what was frustrating was the lack of communication—especially since the restaurant had my phone number and could have easily provided an update. When I mentioned this, my concern was dismissed and not acknowledged. A manager later approached, and after I explained the situation, I was met with a response that felt dismissive and implied I was being untruthful. At that point, I chose to end the conversation rather than escalate it further. The food quality was average (3/5), and the atmosphere was fine, which is why I’m not leaving a completely negative review. However, customer service and communication are just as important as the product, and unfortunately, that experience fell well short. Overall concerns:. No proactive communication regarding delays Concerns being dismissed rather than addressed Manager response lacked professionalism and resolution. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
