What a great find on a lazy Saturday afternoon with my husband, mum and 11 year old son. Alex Bridge was awesome and really took the time to make sure we were okay, went through the cocktail menu and engaged with our son, who loved the vibe of the place. He quickly cottoned on to the bottomless fries, whilst Alex helped us choose some gorgeous cocktails. A truly attentive thoughtful person, funny and engaging, he made our Saturday afternoon trip into town truly wonderful. Thanks again Alex. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Studio IV early doors for the first time this evening! Greeted by two very friendly hosts who sat us in super comfy seats near the stage. We were looked after by Alex, who took the time to chat with us and showed genuine interest in our day and plans. He talked us through the extensive drinks menu and let us know the bar can make pretty much any cocktail beyond what’s listed (big win). We had the Balfour Skye’s Chardonnay (which was v good), and a Tommy’s Marg (yum!). Alex was attentive throughout and very nearly tempted us to stay longer than planned!! Cosy speakeasy vibes here and will definitely visit again soon! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £20–30
