I ordered 2 Hot Buttys as they have no option for a Jacket Potato with hot butty filling online (they do in-store). I made the order notes very clear and they where completely missed. I would understand this if the Potato was more expensive, however, the Potato is cheaper on the menu than the Hot Butty, so I paid more and didn't get what I wanted. Had previously rated this place 5 Stars, but this oversight or refusal to do the correct order ruined my experience. And to top it off the Hot Butty was soggy, tasteless and plain and I would've much rather a Potato (which was cheaper). The notes I left on Uber where not address, no note inside my food or nothing they where completely ignored - Reason for this review. I found my self in Crosby and had an hour to kill. I was looking for somewhere to grab a bite to eat. As I was walking down the road a wheel came off the trailer of a passing car. I, along with others started helping the car owner. Serendipity had it that that one my fellow helpers turned out to from Stuffed. I hadn't noticed Stuffed initially due to a wheel rolling past me. Once the wheel situation was sorted, I asked if Stuffed had seating and was told there was window seating. I orderd a sandwich roll and a coffee. Well, the name fits the bill. The sandwhich was stuffed full of chicken and mixed salad as requested, I was stuffed full after eating it. SIx hours later I'm writing this and I'm just starting to feel hungry. The sandwich roll was delicious better than any I'd had in the likes of subway, the staff were super friendly too. If you're passing give it a try, well worth a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10
