This shop is a joke you can only order in the shop via self service which usually would be fine but what happens is all the online orders pile up and your waiting there for ages while they make all the delivery orders - What used to be a quick pop in for lunch is no longer its ridiculous! Theres only ever 1 poor person in the shop too - whoever is managing this shop needs to get more help in there and serve your face to face customers! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Zahira who served me from the Addlestone Subway shop was more than helpful and went above and beyond in making my order and i just can't thank her enough, she went out of her way to make my order more than perfect and I'm so grateful to her, she was also so polite and friendly! I really hope the Management appreciate Zahira as I nearly gave up on ordering from Subway as the orders were always done wrong and items missed which was just horrendous, thank you so much to her and I'm probably going to order only if she is working! :) Food: 5 Service: 5
