I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The customer service was terrible. The server was rude, impatient, and seemed to have no idea how to treat customers with basic respect. Instead of being polite and helpful, she had an attitude throughout the entire interaction, making me feel unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, but this experience was the complete opposite. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, this location failed badly in that regard. I hope management provides proper customer service training so that future customers don’t have to go through the same experience. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location.
