Very poorly made food, unable to get orders correct -in some cases putting everything but what's ordered on meal. Put drinks under food to go warm when ordered for delivery. Ordered from here for delivery. Checked after the delivery time and the app said the driver had waited at the door for seven minutes and left - this is rubbish, I was basically in a big conservatory so I'd have noticed someone hanging around! The app had a photo the delivery driver claimed to be them attempting to deliver - it was clearly the forecourt of the garage where the Subway branch is. I then tried calling multiple times to see if I could at least have picked up the food that had allegedly been returned, but it just rang out then got cut off. Very angry that I have probably lost £27 and the friends I was treating went without lunch as they had to get back to work. I've been a customer for a long time but not any more. Service: 1
