Food is brilliant as per usual but some of the staff that work here are really unaware and probably need some training. Every time I go in to get some lunch, the person who serves me has AirPods in talking to someone, not paying attention to customers let alone listening to the customers correctly. I find that some staff do not speak clearly enough and just mumble. So not only do they not understand what I want because I feel they aren’t listening but I don’t understand them because they are talking quietly and or mumbling. Today the staff member who served me walked away without giving me my cookie after asking if I wanted one before I payed of which I said yes and said that I will have the only type of cookie that is left in the display case. Then he picks out the completely wrong cookie from the oven thing. I get it mistakes happen but the staff do need to me more aware if they want good reviews and happy customers Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
