I recently ordered from Subway and had a very disappointing experience. The sandwich had a bitter taste and was not edible, which raised concerns about ingredient freshness and food safety. I contacted customer support expecting help, but unfortunately no refund or proper resolution was provided. As a paying customer, I expected better quality and customer care. I hope management reviews this issue seriously and improves both food quality and customer service. I would appreciate a proper resolution.

Very disappointing experience at Subway. The sandwich I ordered had a bitter and terrible taste, like the ingredients were not fresh at all. I contacted customer service but they did not provide any refund or proper solution. Poor food quality and poor customer service. I will not order from this place again. I do not recommend this location.Be aware,donot waste your money there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

I placed an online order for 2 footlongs, with the breads clearly stated. One was supposed to be an Italian Herbs and Cheese and the other regular Italian Bread. When I received the order, I got both as the regular Italian Bread. I called to simply question and raise my concern regarding the incorrect order, and instead of simply apologizing for the mistake, the employee got defensive. Eventually, the employee hung up on me while I was talking and mid-sentence without saying a word, which I found incredibly disrespectful, insulting, and unprofessional. I don't think it's hard to read the first line on an order, acknowledge a mistake once its been made, and treat customers with respect. Like many others in the reviews, the employees must learn some degree of respect and manners towards customers. Behaviour like this is unacceptable and further escalates the situation. I would NOT recommend this restaurant if you value your money. Absolutely horrible service and food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
