I come here almost every Sunday, for the chicken teriyaki sub of the day deal. I have to say this franchisee is good compared to others. They take coupons and participate in all promotions that are offered. They always have 2 staff working so even in busy times, it is constantly moving. The only thing I would recommend is that the sandwich artists take a bit more care when making the sub. It feels butchered and messy at times sometimes. But overall I would recommend this location, they are much better than some of the other close by locations. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I am writing to express extreme disappointment regarding an experience I had at this restaurant around 9:00 PM yesterday. Mayfield and Bramalea location. I visited with my children and ordered four subs. The employee preparing our order, Harjot, displayed an unprofessional and rude attitude throughout. The main issue occurred while she was assembling one of the subs. She squeezed an extremely excessive amount of sauce onto a child’s sandwich far more than anyone would reasonably expect. When I politely asked her to correct it, she started wiping it off with napkins. It was disgusting and unsanitary, instead of apologizing or remaking the mistake, she became argumentative. She told me that I needed to tell her exactly how much sauce to put on, rather than simply acknowledging that an obvious mistake had been made. As the conversation continued, her behavior became even more disrespectful. At one point, she told me she didn’t want to talk to me anymore, turned her back on me and aggressively tossed the sandwich in the garbage, and began speaking to another customer. I found this treatment insulting and unacceptable. I understand that employees can have busy shifts, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when raising a legitimate concern. Also wiping excessive sauce with bunch of napkins was really weird. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Subway restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
