Im vegetarian and cant have meat due to allergies, I watched the guy finish an order prior with multiple meats begin my order before changing gloves or washing his hands. I was told there was no tomatos, they then got up and left when I wanted to cancel the order and found some conveniently. £4.30 for a sub with cross contamination that I couldnt even eat. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a really frustrating experience here. The service was unbelievably slow, and the staff came across as rude and dismissive. We made it clear when we ordered that we ledt 30 minutes for our train but that seemed to be completely ignored. Instead of prioritising our order or even acknowledging what we’d said, they just carried on doing other tasks while we were left waiting. It honestly felt like we didn’t matter at all as customers. If you’re short on time or expect even basic courtesy, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
