I usually have good experiences at Subway, which is why this interaction stood out to me. I waited in line for a bit before asking to use the washroom while buying food and a bottle of water to eat inside. The employee was very dismissive and made me feel judged just for asking. I was told the washroom was “broken,” but when I asked how staff were using it, he said they weren’t. (05/26/26) The whole interaction felt really uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Guy helping us had a bad attitude, don't like your job, McDonalds is always hiring. He tried to rip us off with just putting 3 meatballs in a 6" instead of 4, we caught him, after that, his attitude sucked. I asked him why doesn't he have more meatballs ready to serve, it's the dinner hour? Never go back there again. Price per person: CA$40–50

I had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to girls for being so friendly, welcoming, and making my order perfectly. They always serves customers with a smile and makes everyone feel valued.
