One of the worst subway experiences. Hopefully you don't get the bottom vegetables, as I watched the workers add the fresh vegetables on top of the old ones. This stores staff needs to be retrained on gift cards too, I checked the balance of my card online before going so I know the gift card was active and ready to be used, yet when I get there I'm told they can't accept it. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I get it’s busy at lunch, but at least put a reasonable amount of veggies on. I had to ask for more lettuce after a small line was added, then they put 4 pickles on a full footlong, and looked frustrated when I asked for more. Same for cucumbers. I understand the rush of lunch but that was just extremely frustrating Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20

This Subway isn't so much a restaurant for walk-up customers but rather a kiosk where you can collect orders placed in advance. Today I was asked if I would mind waiting a minute or two, I assumed for the single employee working to complete the wrap she was working on. My mistake. She then proceeds to collect a receipt, that might be more accurately described as a scroll, of no fewer than 10 subs ordered for pickup hours in advance. After completing her work she proceeds to have a chat and offer free cookies to the man who was collecting the crate of sandwiches. Was I offered a free cookie? Most certainly not. I am a mere peon in the massive subway catering machine. An inconvenience at most, lucky to have the honor of waiting 10 minutes for service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
