I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich, and it was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever been served. They put a very small amount of chicken, almost like it was just for show. The only vegetables they added were a little lettuce and some green pepper, while the rest of the ingredients that are supposed to come with this sandwich were not added at all. In the end, I basically received almost empty bread instead of a proper sandwich. It feels like the staff are either trying to save on ingredients or simply don’t care about what they serve to customers. Very disappointed. Paying money for this level of service and such a “filling” is just not acceptable. I recently ordered a Power Bowl from this Subway location and was quite disappointed with the portion size. Since the order was placed over the phone, I wasn’t able to see the preparation or portioning, and only realized how small it was after opening it at home. I’ve had the same bowl at other Subway restaurants, and this one was noticeably smaller — almost half the usual amount of ingredients. It didn’t feel properly filled, especially considering the price. Consistency across locations is important, and this experience didn’t match what I’ve come to expect. I hope management can review portion standards to ensure customers receive the correct serving, even for phone orders.
