I would like to appreciate one of the best employees at subway , Parmeet. He is the most kind person, always wearing a beautiful smile whenever I visit here . We ordered online and they said the order was ready at 1:50 but when I go to pick it up they said they’re still making it. I go 10 min later and they still say that they are still making it. Once the sandwich came it was really bland and didn’t make it to how I had ordered it online. Very bad service overall and the employees seemed very rude and showed a lot of attitude when I came to ask for my sandwich. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The service was fast, although the quality of the veggies was disappointing as they appeared to have been left out for some time. More concerningly, a staff member (guy with tattoos) made inappropriate, unnecessary comments about my order in a different language, assuming I wouldn't understand. I would encourage your team to be more mindful of their professionalism; making disparaging remarks in front of customers is never acceptable, regardless of the language used. Food: 2 Service: 1
