Staff member was rude when entering the restaurant; moaned about a large order and one single person sat down being in the queue already as if it was somehow my fault. Promptly walked out and took my business elsewhere. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were served yesterday by Joe in chippenham subway and it was the best customer service I think I’ve ever had. Joe was by himself but somehow managed to build a rapport with every customer that came in. He created a really nice atmosphere and seemingly had regulars because of it. He also managed to upsell us and pretty much everyone who he served after us, in a very natural way “have you tried this cookie? Do you want to double up on meat?” Etc He also offered to change gloves to make the vegetarian order for another customer, not seen that before at a subway. Couldn’t rate Joe highly enough, we talked about him all day! We will strive in life to be more like Joe Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
