4 times in 3 weeks they have screwed up my order. Whether they put on the wrong meats or the wrong sauce. Then I get dirty looks from them after telling them. No I dont want the sauce scraped off lmao. Better off driving to Airdrie for Firehouse Subs.

I have gone several times over the years, and they are always very pleasant. I never have to wait long, and the food is fresh. They even gave me some scraps for my dog once. I had a really disappointing experience at Subway - Crossfield. The mobile ordering system is completely misleading. I placed my order through the app, selected a pickup time, and chose drive-through for convenience. The app indicated my food would be ready at a specific time — yet I still had to wait nearly 10 minutes at the drive-through after arriving on time. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. If the timing in the app isn’t accurate, it needs to be fixed. Customers shouldn’t be left sitting in line wondering why they bothered pre-ordering. On top of that, the bread tasted old and chewy instead of fresh and soft. For a place that advertises fresh ingredients, that’s unacceptable. Overall, the experience was inefficient and underwhelming. Definitely not what I expected Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CAD 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
