Went in the other day to pick up a couple of chicken flatbreads. The girl was sweeping the floor and told me “just minute please”. She proceeded to SLOWLY sweep the entire place while I just waited. A guy walked in and he gave up and walked out. I had to say something or I would have still been waiting. I worked in a store, never would I keep people waiting while I’m cleaning SLOWLY without a care or urgency in the world. Also, why are two 12 inch chicken rancher flatbreads in store $31.98 (bad enough) and on Skip $50?! That’s without fees etc. what kind of ridiculousness is this? Does this store not want any business? Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Worst customer service the lady seems like she controls her employees the girls are pretty good i ordered through subway pickup and when i reached there the employee asked if i wanted to add any other veggie because they did not had spinach the employee did her job and when i saw they dont even have the sub i expected i told her to switch to herb and garlic because she already made the sub she had to override it so the lady who owns the subway was so rude with her employee. After that she came to me told me that if i do a pickup i cant change my choice of sub ok so now if you dont have the sub bread you should mention it out of stock . I would recommend you to be polite with your employees and customers Meal type: Lunch

Subway is still quick and convenient, and the service is usually fast and efficient. It’s not quite what it used to be, with smaller portions and less generous toppings, and the prices feel a bit high for what you get. That said, it’s still a decent option if you’re in a hurry.
