Generally most of the staff in there are pleasant in my experience. New ordering system is not nice, get told to use the tablet to order when I walked in, did so and got put into the list along with all the online orders, then 2 inures later more people walk in and get served directly in the normal way. They get their food made immediately and I (along with other tablet users) are sat waiting for 15 mins. Make it one or the other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Food was nice but really could do with a cleaner tables not cleaned the toilet had no soap and could do with being cleaned. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We order online for collection. When collecting the staff always look miserable and barely speak. Our orders are NEVER toasted either, drives me nuts. It has never been busy when we have been collected though staff are just standing about doing nothing. They should be using free time to clean, they clearly do not care for cleanliness. Definitely will not be returning to this subway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
