I travel for work and been in a lot of subways and similar competitors.. this is by far the worst one. Someone needs to look at who's running it because we'll, they aren't. Never got any ingredients. When you walk in, no eye contact, not even an acknowledgement that ive been seen. Just casually talking amongst themselves. Ive been a restaurant manager and im shocked this place is as bad as it is and has been left to get as bad as it is. I love a sub however, this being my closest one literally makes me go elsewhere so I dont have to endure the visit. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So where so I start. I walk in and was told ill be with you in a minute as the gentleman cleaned. Then a couple of people came in and we're served even when I said something. Finally served (rudely and like we were an inconvenience) food no even toasted even after i asked for it to be and gentleman refused to give his name!! Rudest experience i have ever had!! Will not be returning Price per person: £10–20

My friend ordered a sandwich from the restaurant and I hopped into his order for 3 cookies.. ONLY 3 COOKIES MAN! Order was delivered an entire hour after promised and guess what? No cookies, genuinely depressed me massively. Friend had a refund but no refund can replace said cookies, very angry and at my tipping point right now. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
