This store only gets 2 stars and those stars are for Sid and Ben. The owner needs to take a back seat and stop micromanaging everything. I’ve watched this guy take meat off a sub and put it back like no. He will sit in his car in the parking lot just watching. He definitely isn’t the one to make subs. He scrimps on everything. I also noticed unlike other stores none of his employees wear hair nets. That should be mandatory when working in a food industry. The bathroom isn’t even a bathroom I would use, they renovated the entire store except the bathroom. He renovated it to look like Toronto style stores. Bring Sid back to this store he actually made coming here fun. With the owner always hovering you never know what you will get from him. One day a nice guy and the next day a guy who will shrug you off.

benjamin was super nice and helpful! it got quite busy and he was the only one working - handled it all super efficiently and effortless. definitely coming back!! he made great subs :) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
