The staff was excellent and the ingredients were fresh. They have decent vegan options, today I had the veggie delight with a drink and chips combo. Very rude staff. There was no griller working. The subway was made so bad no proper sauce and veggies coming out. The whole sub was dry . Very bad customer service. I am a regular customer but i feel other location are more welcoming. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

UPDATE [May 14]: After I reported this location to Public Health for severe food poisoning, management flooded this page with over 50 fake 5-star reviews to bury this warning. Google has failed to remove obvious fake reviews written by their own staff (a worker named Bahvan has posted multiple times to artificially boost their rating). Look at the owner's panicked, edited reply below. They are now trying to blame the delivery driver for our food poisoning. We ordered at 2:00 AM—a time notorious for cut corners and relaxed food safety. While Public Health did inspect them the next day and they passed, a daytime inspection hours later does not erase the contaminated late-night food they served us. Furthermore, sort by "Newest" to see a clear pattern with their late-night staff. Another customer just reported staff outright canceling prepaid app orders at 1:15 AM because they "cannot afford" to honor Subway's own corporate prices and standard vegetable toppings. This management will serve contaminated food, blame delivery drivers, use their employees + friends to spam fake reviews, and refuse to honor orders just to save a few pennies. They have zero accountability. Avoid this location. Contracted severe food poisoning from a Cold Cut Combo ordered here a few nights ago. We were both violently ill, and my partner required a hospital visit for IV anti-nausea medication. DoorDash offered zero help or compensation. We have reported this store to Hamilton Public Health to ensure an inspection is done. Eat here at your own risk. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Hello Justin Sorry to hear that you are sick. Hope you get well soon. We have been selling lots of cold cut every day and no one got sick. I also had a city inspection and all the temperature and food quality good. I can forward inspection report if you require. I assume your order was delivered by third party. After the food left from our restaurant we do not have any control.
