I order from subway a lot and I've never had many issues and the only time I've ever had to contact customer service, I was treated very poorly. My order came an hour before it was supposed to arrive, it was cold and soggy and missing cheese on it. These things happen sometimes so I called up looking for help and was met with an incredibly rude man who when I politely explained the situation, all he could say was "well I toasted it." He said he would talk to his manager and he would call me back but never did so my mum called up again and was told I wouldn't be getting a replacement and I have been unable to get a refund either. Absolutely no help and Staff evidently don't know how to approach customers and who spoke to me had an incredibly rude and uncaring attitude. Food: 1 Service: 1
