My little boy went into Subway Rothwell Leeds on Sunday 31st May. We didnt realise his bank card was so low. He didnt have enjoy on his card to buy a bottle of pop. The lady behind the counter give him some discount so he could afford to buy the bottle of pop. Can I just say a massive thank you for doing that and there really are some wonderful people in this world Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a tuna mayo sub to find half of a chipped tooth in it. Absolutely vile and definitely not mine as I’ve checked all my teeth thoroughly. Lodging a complaint through .gov and contacted the HSE Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked for the Ultimate Festive Jacket Potato, and this is what I got. Nothing even close to the image, and a waste of almost £7. Nothing festive about that meal. If you want the Festive Jacket Potato, I'd go to a different Subway, or a different establishment all together. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10
