Wow so sorry to say but went today but was so disappointed as I'm a celiac (gluten free) I asked for a 6 inch gluten free and was told that I had to do my check for allergies on a qr code well not everyone's that good on line i asked the staff and was told she couldn't help and she already had the gf roll in her hand so me and the wife felt very embarrassed and had to leave sorry to say but not a good day at all maybe a bit more help from the staff would not have made us feel so embarrassed

Bought 2 salad meal deal. We accidentally dropped the empty cup to get our drink. Requested for a new one but the manager didn’t want to replace it. Too tight for just an empty cup- we ended up sharing drinks. This was a pain as we didn’t like the same drink so had to wait until the other finishes to reuse the one cup. Not a great experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Fantastic staff !! My daughter has a seizure while waiting for her subway while on a shopping trip with her friend. Thee staff couldn’t do enough to help her at a very busy time. When her mom went to thank the manger he said that someone had complained and said she should have been moved out of the way. So the manager was fuming and refused to serve her. I’d just like to thank the staff and everyone for understanding on the 22nd December around 12. The staff are a credit to subway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
