We ordered home delivery via Just Eat and the wrong order was sent ( I wanted cheese & salad but got a revolting plant based pattie which I threw away! I couldn't even eat the cheese as it was moulded into the pattie) It was meant to be a treat whilst not feeling great at home, but ended up a complete waste of money, especially as a refund was refused. When you do home delivery you're at the mercy of someone not messing up your order. Will never order from there again. Horrible service & money thrown away. 42 pound for two adults and a toddler , so not a cheap meal. However was terrible. I paid extra to have a rotisserie chicken sub , I recieved about 2 bits of chicken with my salad roll. So stingy on fillings. Paid extra for my daughter to have ice cream which they just replaced with a cookie. And jacket potato needed cooking a lot longer. Food: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Extremely poor. Ordered via app so order was in a sealed bag which we obviously didn’t open until we got home. Items were missing from order and bread was stale. Contacted via the Subway website and no resolution provided. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
