I placed an order for a footlong meal, on Sunday the 7th June , the wrong order was delivered, and I handed it back to the driver the order was nowhere near what I had ordered . When I checked the App it stated it was delivered, I reported this to Subway and still haven’t not heard back .I have tried to contact to them and rang shop in question to no avail . The money was taken from my account on the 10th three days after I informed them I did not take delivery of the order.The live chat said there was nothing they could do , so I have been charge £18.43 for goods I did not receive. Why is Just Eat uncontactable by phone or email Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered a salad with double meat. The box was not even a third full. It probably had 5 pieces of sweetcorn and 1 piece of pepper and a pinch of cheese, the meat was all cut into slices. Today I went to another subway and the difference was like night and day. I would avoid this subway. There is also a woman staff member here with an attitude. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2
