Very disappointed with my order from Subway. I expected much better. Several items were missing from my order, which meant I didn't receive what I paid for. I tried repeatedly to call the store to speak with the manager and give them the opportunity to put things right, but nobody answered the phone. Mistakes can happen, but when customers can't contact the store to resolve the issue, it becomes even more frustrating. For the price charged, I would expect better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering from this store again. Recent customer reviews also show other customers reporting missing items and order accuracy issues. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor is an over statement ordered a hot sandwich not sure if it was cooked or not I'm sure it was in the oven less than a minute didn't risk eating. Communication is an issue here its very tough to get through plus to get the message across and then too pay premium prices and not get what you want. I know nobody cares but I will not be revisiting Swinton branch at night Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
