Been here a few times and not had much of an issue, but also nothing to celebrate either. That was always the case, until today. I ordered a Meatball Marinara with extras, but the meat was so burnt and dry that it was inedible. I decided to pay on the touchpoint order machine instead of the app, as the app forcibly charges you 30p extra for a bag (that you never actually get anyway, but it's optional on the touchpoint machine), so it makes more sense to order in-person. I mention that, as it just feels like yet another cash grab. If you have 100 customers pay for this unavoidable service on the app, that's £30 per day, multiply that for the month, that's a lot of money for something you never actually give the customer. Of course, the main issue is the burnt and inedible meat, but this feels like a relevant issue too. Price per person: £1–10

Came in late on Saturday and was served by Bharath and Abdula. They were absolutely lovely, made the best subway I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to return thanks to the both of them. They handled a busy evening and challenging customers with grace and decorum, were very patient and kind. Of the many stores I’ve visited, Abdula and Bharath were easily the best I’ve been served by, I can’t recommend them enough and hope they are both rewarded for excellent service and fantastic quality. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

I went to the Subway at Deansgate today and was served by Abdullah. Honestly, he was really friendly greeted me nicely as soon as I walked in, which made a good first impression. I ordered a wrap, and he made it really quickly but still kept everything neat and fresh. The food tasted great, and you could tell he knows what he’s doing. He works fast but doesn’t compromise on quality at all, which is impressive. Overall, it was a really good experience. Abdullah stood out the most because of how friendly and professional he was. I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
