Every order we have made here through the app has been wrong - which shouldn't be the case when everything is written down. We have ordered over 3 times from here as it's our closest one and we will never be ordering from this specific subway again. We have had missing dips, wrong doritos on the nachos (was supposed to be the chilli ones), rock hard churro (which I complained to the subway complaints team and never got a response back) and this time we got a completely wrong sub (wrong meats on a turkey and ham that was ordered). We got refund for the sub but had to drive all the way back to get it, since we knew that subway was not going to respond like last time. We wasted our time and now one of us is missing a meal because of this. This is unacceptable, especially in a petrol station, and needs to be investigated by either the managers on site or operations manager/s of this subway.
