The guy working had no interest in his job. Made a mess of cutting the bread open. Ordered Nashville hot chicken and had to ask for the double cheese that’s included. Then he added the extra cheese charge on the purchase. Argued it and then grabbed a loonie from the tip cup and Said “HERE” Do better! It’s not a hard job. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The atmosphere was good overall. However, the sandwich unit was quite messy, with different meats mixed together. Additionally, the soup and meatballs were expired. More attention should be given to cleanliness, food organization, and ensuring all products are within their expiry dates, especially in the sandwich unit. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve been coming to this Subway for the last two years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff who have been working here for a long time are always friendly, professional, and make great sandwiches. They’re the reason I enjoy coming to this location. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with a female employee on two separate visits last week and again yesterday. She is a tall, larger-built lady. She seemed to be trying to act overly friendly, but her overall behavior came across as very unprofessional. She was rude, made me feel unwelcome, and did not handle customers appropriately. What concerned me the most was that I saw her pick her nose and then start preparing my sandwich without washing her hands. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. My family was with me, and we all felt she needs more training on customer service, food safety, and professional workplace behavior. As we were leaving, we spoke with other customers outside, and they also mentioned having similar concerns about her behavior. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because one employee’s behavior can damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent store. I would like to continue visiting this location, but from now on I’ll likely check who’s working before deciding to order. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
