Disappointed with this branch of subway! Ordered 3 meals only the sandwiches and salad arrived no drinks no sides so rang the Uber driver back he said that’s all he was given ring the shop so I did and no answer after ringing 3 times! Then opened the salad box chicken tikka was black, sandwiches were stale luckily Uber give me a full refund Price per person: £30–40

I used to order from here years ago with my family over time the service got so bad it’s shocking. I placed an order today through uber eats for iftar and it was scheduled between 5:15 and 5:45 which was fine but the time delayed by 20 minutes then another 10 minutes then another 10 minutes the kids had not rated nor did I or the people in my household. I had rang up and a woman spoke so horribly saying it’s not her problem or her fault I need to take it up with uber eats. There was no human decency in the conversation. We were fasting the whole day. It’s absolutely shocking how horrible people can be won’t be ordering from here again! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

came in yesterday after taraweeh to place a big order (4 subs.) despite the shop closing really soon, the young man behind the till served me and my sister with exceptional service and made it a great experience for us! subs were fantastic and amazing service! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
