Was served by keeley, very polite and well mannered staff member. Customer service was fantastic, will definitely return. Sandwhich was amazing too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were just trying to get into the subway, nothing unusual, just four of us heading out together, when we got stopped at the entrance. The staff took one look at us and decided we weren’t allowed in, saying we “looked like the type” who had caused trouble or stolen before. And then proceeded to yell at us ”OUT!”.It was frustrating because they didn’t have any actual reason or evidence, just assumptions based on how we looked as a group.And then I had requested that they checked the cctv footage but they were not cooperative and said “not while you lot are here”.Standing there, being judged like that in front of everyone, made it feel unfair and embarrassing, especially since we hadn’t done anything wrong at all. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
