Very disappointing experience at Subway on Prescot Cables Road. I ordered a meal that included a hot drink and crisps, which was fine. After finishing my meal, I ordered the exact same meal again, but this time both staff members rudely told me their coffee machine was off and that I would have to pay extra for a drink. Instead of offering an alternative, they simply gave me just a sandwich. Their attitude was extremely rude, unprofessional, and blatantly racist. To make matters worse, while we were still eating around 7:40 PM, they started telling us they needed to shut the store—despite the closing time being 8 PM! When I asked for the manager, they claimed they didn’t even have one. It’s also apparent that while they treat other customers politely, their behavior towards us is completely unacceptable.
