Ordered through the app, was charged but when I got there was told they never received my order. No one seemed to be able to help me get this resolved at the store and my request to speak to a manager was dismissed. Tried to submit a complaint thru the app Help and that didn't seem to work either. Meanwhile I'm out $$ for food I never received. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Hands down best subway I've been too and I work in the GTA so I get around. The manager always makes it the best in my opinion also he's quite a nice guy. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
